Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications-

• Branch Manager: MBA/PG degree or First-Class Graduate

• Financial Analyst/Internal Auditor: CA/ICWA, MBA (Finance), or First-Class Graduate/Post Graduate

• Computer Programmer: B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA with relevant experience

• Society Manager & Computer Operator:

  • Graduation from a recognized university

  • Proficiency in Hindi & English typing

  • One-year computer diploma (DCA/PGDCA/COPA) or Degree in IT/CS (B.E./B.Sc IT/BCA)

• Computer Operator (Samvida): Same as above plus relevant DCCB experience as per rules

Age Limit (As on 30 November 2025)-

• Minimum Age: 18 years

• Maximum Age: 35 years

• Age Relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PwD/Ex-Servicemen (Madhya Pradesh domicile), extending maximum age to 40 years

Salary & Benefits

Selected candidates will be appointed according to the 7th or 6th Pay Commission scales, depending on the respective DCCB.

• Officer Grade: Pay Levels 8 to 10

• Senior Management: Level 10 (₹42,700 – ₹1,35,100)

• Middle Management: Levels 8 & 9 (₹32,800 – ₹1,14,800)

• Clerk/Society Manager: Level 4 (₹19,500 – ₹62,000) or equivalent 6th Pay scale

• Additional Perks: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other allowances as per DCCB policies

Selection Process

The recruitment process is merit-based and conducted primarily through an online examination by IBPS.

Officers-

• Online Exam: 200 marks

• Interview: 20 marks

• Final merit list prepared on combined scores

Society Manager & Computer Operator-

• Online Exam: 200 marks

• Selection based solely on the written exam score (no interview)
