The salary package offered by BEL is highly attractive for entry-level PSU jobs.
Monthly Consolidated Pay
1st Year: ₹30,000 per month
2nd Year: ₹35,000 per month
3rd Year: ₹40,000 per month (if extended)
Additional Allowances & Benefits
Annual Allowance: ₹12,000 per year (medical insurance, clothing, footwear, etc.)
Area Allowance: Extra 10% of salary for postings at difficult project locations
