Program Overview
The Off-Campus Hiring 2025 program is aimed at M.Tech graduates from core engineering backgrounds. Eligibility Criteria

Salary & Compensation
L&T Technology Services offers a structured and transparent compensation model:
Fixed Annual CTC: ₹5.5 LPA
Deferred Retention Pay (DRP): ₹2.5 Lakh (payable after completion of 3 years of continuous service)
Total Annualised Compensation (including DRP): Approximately ₹6.33 LPA
This pay structure ensures both immediate earnings and long-term financial benefits.
