Role Options & Responsibilities
🔹IT & Integrated Smart Operations
Write database queries and perform CRUD operations
Develop stored procedures and understand table relationships
Prepare and execute manual or automated test cases
Analyze and resolve service tickets following standard processes
Work with IT Service Management and data analytics tools
Participate in innovation-driven projects
🔹 Multicloud Services
Monitor and manage computing environments and production servers
Handle incident management and infrastructure support
Provide support for Windows, Networks, Databases, Storage, and Cloud platforms
Follow SOPs, security standards, and compliance requirements
Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives
🔹 Digital Workplace Services
Provide first-level IT support to end users
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Log, track, and resolve support tickets efficiently
Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
Coordinate with internal IT teams for issue resolution

Eligibility Criteria
For IT & Integrated Smart Operations
3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc – CS/IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics)
Batch: 2024 or 2025
Minimum 60% throughout academics (no rounding off)
No arrears at the time of joining
For Multicloud & Digital Workplace Services
Any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BVoc, BMS, etc.)
Batch: 2024 or 2025
Minimum 50% in academics
No standing arrears
