Eligibility Criteria

Salary / Package
CTC: ₹6.33 LPA (including annualized Deferred Retention Pay)
Fixed Compensation: ₹5.50 LPA
Deferred Retention Pay: ₹2.50 Lakh (payable after 3 years, as per company policy)
Job Responsibilities
Identify and research potential companies and target accounts
Build and maintain prospect databases for sales outreach
Gather market intelligence to support sales strategies
Prepare call scripts and email content for campaigns
Conduct outbound sales calls and email marketing activities
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for field sales teams
Support multiple sales and marketing campaigns across services
Maintain accurate lead data and interactions in CRM systems
Track campaign performance and prepare periodic reports
Share market insights and feedback with internal stakeholders
