What You’ll Do
Handle customer questions through phone, chat, or email communication.
Help with questions about orders, products, payments, and navigating the website
Use various tools to research and find the best solutions quickly
Provide excellent customer support that makes shoppers happy and satisfied
Work Hours & Schedule
Minimum 40 hours per week
Shifts vary and can include early mornings, late evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays
Work hours fall between 6 AM and 11 PM, Sunday through Monday
Your finalized schedule will be shared with you just before your first day.

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Right to work in India
Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written)
Comfortable using computers
Ability to work flexible shifts within 6 AM to 11 PM, including weekends and holidays
Quiet, dedicated workspace with a desk and chair at home
Reliable wired internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds)
