What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer questions through phone, chat, or email communication.

  • Help with questions about orders, products, payments, and navigating the website

  • Use various tools to research and find the best solutions quickly

  • Provide excellent customer support that makes shoppers happy and satisfied

Work Hours & Schedule

  • Minimum 40 hours per week

  • Shifts vary and can include early mornings, late evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays

  • Work hours fall between 6 AM and 11 PM, Sunday through Monday

  • Your finalized schedule will be shared with you just before your first day.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Right to work in India

  • Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written)

  • Comfortable using computers

  • Ability to work flexible shifts within 6 AM to 11 PM, including weekends and holidays

  • Quiet, dedicated workspace with a desk and chair at home

  • Reliable wired internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds)
