Role Responsibilities & Learning Scope
Work on sales and business development activities by researching potential companies and identifying the right decision-makers.
Carry out outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to generate interest.
Handle and qualify both inbound and outbound leads before scheduling meetings with senior sales team members.
Maintain updated and accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and activities within the CRM system.
Follow defined sales outreach processes and gradually improve conversion rates through testing and optimization.
Share regular feedback and market insights with product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.
Support marketing initiatives by contributing to content such as blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and social media posts.
Assist in executing demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, and paid marketing channels.
Help manage marketing automation tools and lead nurturing workflows to improve engagement and lead quality.
Track campaign results and analyze lead quality and funnel performance for reporting purposes.
Gain end-to-end exposure to SaaS go-to-market activities, from early lead generation to revenue impact.
Build hands-on experience that supports long-term career growth in roles like sales, growth, or product marketing.
