Role Responsibilities & Learning Scope

  • Work on sales and business development activities by researching potential companies and identifying the right decision-makers.

  • Carry out outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to generate interest.

  • Handle and qualify both inbound and outbound leads before scheduling meetings with senior sales team members.

  • Maintain updated and accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and activities within the CRM system.

  • Follow defined sales outreach processes and gradually improve conversion rates through testing and optimization.

  • Share regular feedback and market insights with product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.

  • Support marketing initiatives by contributing to content such as blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and social media posts.

  • Assist in executing demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, and paid marketing channels.

  • Help manage marketing automation tools and lead nurturing workflows to improve engagement and lead quality.

  • Track campaign results and analyze lead quality and funnel performance for reporting purposes.

  • Gain end-to-end exposure to SaaS go-to-market activities, from early lead generation to revenue impact.

  • Build hands-on experience that supports long-term career growth in roles like sales, growth, or product marketing.
